I don't think anyone thought we'd lose to OSU. They are worse than UNI. An ISU team headed for even 5 wins would have won this game by 20. I'd like to see a bigger sample size of our QB. I seem to remember Sam Richardson looking good at first too.

I haven’t said anything negative today. We got a good W with visually confirmed offensive progress and that’s where we need to be.

The kids played decent today. Leave it at that.
I’m happy that we won. But beating this OSU team by seven points is not a huge accomplishment, and the coaching staff seemed to be doing everything possible to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

People were leaving at that before you decided to bump a thread because you wanted to call people out.
Even if they would've lost today, there was still room for a moral victory in that they didn't lose because of not scoring any points offensively. The progress on that side of the ball is undeniable. Rocco is the team now and we need to let him cook. Today was step one of getting there, he proved he's capable of doing it.
Defensively, we looked rough today. Purchase was iffy. LBs in general were not good. Not as sharp as we're used to being on that side today.

This game proved that we won another game. That really is it. So many here are shitting on the players and the staff, and they improved this week. Who knows if they win another but those looking to pile on didn't give the athletes the props deserved. It is all negative all the time.
