Love all of the disruption in the backfield. Though it certainly helps when it seems like half of his QB pressures came unblocked off the edge.
Marcel Spears came in at 6' 205 and is listed at 218. I could see Ar'Quel putting on 10 to 15 lbs of muscle and retaining that quickness. He looks pretty slim but still hits like a truck.
Looks like the staff maybe found a diamond in the rough. Anyone here familiar with Florida high school football and knows how competitive of a league or division his team plays in?
I was remembering the size Jeremiah George came in at. Not sure the staff is planning that in this case though.
I have a suspicion they just saw a kid who’s a really good athlete and football player, and will see where he fits once he gets on campus.

As another poster said, get him to 215-220 with his speed and he will make for a good OLB.

Joel Lanning not playing (any official plays) in the last game of his Junior year after scoring 5 TD's a week earlier. Short-term mistake and long-term brilliance by the coaches.

When he committed I was so confused how he wasn't rated with the offers that he had. Granted he doesn't have the best offers but he does have 8 offers with 2 being P5's.
