The one thing I really like about Arnaud is the way he steps back into the pocket to throw. Meyer used to scramble alot when he didn't have to...
ill give Meyer one thing over AA for sure... Deep Ball... Meyer could drop it
Yeah, I think in this case the stats don't lie.

You can hand AA all the accolades you want...for me it's TWO wins. He looked very good at time, and very bad at others. Compare with Stanzi of Iowa, eight wins. Until AA wins more games, he is not a proven commodity. I believe we'll see a lot of Tiller next year. Just my opinion.

I like you 33, but you are crazy. AA has a much more powerful arm than Meyer.
******* lunacy.
Iowa actually has something that resembles a defense. Our Cyclones do not.
Let me make this clear for the challenged mammals reading this...
AA was not great this year - but he was good. He was by far not the problem in Ames this season.
I never said he WAS the problem, just an observation. Our only two wins came with AA splitting time with Bates. I want a QB who will carry the team on his back to victory. AA may be able to do it in the future, he did not this year. You can blame whoever you want. The W-L will tell the story next year.
LMFAO!
Our only two wins came against SDSU and Kent State. You don't think competition had anything to do with it?
List a game in which Bates would've made a difference, I beg you.
And then - let it the damn thing go - Bates didn't want to be here. He's gone...went bye-bye now.

With your logic, Jake would have remained the QB at Iowa.
It is you with the blinders on if you did not see room for improvement at all positions on the team.
With your logic, Jake would have remained the QB at Iowa. I'm just saying, we don't know if AA will be the man next season. He may be and he may not. If he had looked up at the CU game to see the defense was not even at the line of scrimmage on the spike, he could have walked into the end zone. He had some bigtime plays AND some bigtime turnovers. I hope its simply inexperience, but until he proves it with wins, I'll have to be convinced. It is you with the blinders on if you did not see room for improvement at all positions on the team.
Nobody said Arnaud is perfect, but to blame him, or knock him for the team's lack of wins is 100% illogical.
