Are we even a tournament team?

What scares me some is how OU took Texas to OT in Austin, yet we got blown out. I realize Texas was way up for our game than they would have been for OU, but once the ball goes up that should become less a factor. Hopefully our guys can play with great energy and most of all get into the paint and get some easy baskets.
OU was a trap game for the Horns….they were looking ahead to Clones.
I watched the full replay of the OU-Texas game and the difference was that OU was able to respond well in moments when they needed a bucket with guys that don’t usually score much, and Texas wasn’t as hot.
Our biggest thing in any game we play is that we can’t let the opposing team go on a big run, especially on the road. We don’t have the firepower to respond, certainly not with Grill out. Texas was 12-28 from 3 and there were like 3 that came in a moment that essentially ended the game.
Every game is different for about every team.
Tomorrow will be tricky no matter what.
Do we have to get to the Big 12 Championship to get in? That may be our only chance to get to 20 wins and a berth.
I think we are nose diving down to a 7 seed. This is the second year in a row we’ve faded down the stretch. Teams seem to figure us out the second time around.
Iowa State is a lock. The 20 wins stuff is irrelevant. We would be a 7 seed but we would be in even with 17* wins.

There is no way ISU is a 7 seed if we finish 17-14. We would be a 10-11 seed at best.
Ok... If you say so. Maybe go look at the teams currently slotted to be in the 10-11 range.
Spare me the "woe is us" ****. What you do for the entire season matters.

Wow, this team has completely fallen off. Looks like they’ll likely be going home early in March.
