Anyone else scared for today?

I'm scared we exhausted all our energy and played our absolute best game against ND on Friday that I wish we could have saved some of that magic for today. It's setting up very well with the #1 & 3 teams in our bracket to get to the final 4. I just have this feeling of getting kicked in the stones again and today's winner will win the region. Much like MSU/ISU again in 2000. Hope I'm wrong
 
I'm just nervous. If I make it to 1:15 without having a heart attach I will consider that a win. I want to beat them sooo bad.
 
I contemplated not watching the game today. But in the end, you just need to enjoy the ride until it is over... be it today or later down the road.
 
I feel like that going into any big game. that's called being an ISU fan. history has told you to beware of the kick to the nuts, because more often than not, it's coming.

that being said I hope like hell we can pull the upset.

I think we lose by 10-15 points. Like last year we have a team with the ability to make the Sweet 16/EE, but will play a team it does not match-up well with as a "road game" in the 2nd round.
 
Just watched a segment on ESPN about double digit seeds playing today and who has the best chance to move on. There are 4 double digit seeds playing today, including us. Digger Phelps and Bruce Pearl talked about 3 out of the 4.....I'll give you one guess as to which team they didn't talk about and didn't even mention.

We're still flying under the radar a bit. I'm nervous for today's game because there is a great chance at getting to the Final Four if we can get past OSU. But it starts with getting past OSU.
 
Hope our Seniors play like seniors and our underclassmen continue to do what they do.
 
I am scared as well. It's a home game essentially for tOSU, which probably scares me the most about today. Our advantage in athleticism and speed will be negated today, as these guys are way better than ND.

ND played slow, tentative and sloppy, none of which I expect out of tOSU today.

With that said, one of these B1G teams has to be upset, so it may as well be us that does it.
 
Scared? Not the emotion I'm thinking of. I'm not going to the dentist or having surgery so no, I'm not scared. It's sports. If we win, I'll be elated, if we loss, I'll be down in the dumps for a while. But scared?
 
The players trust the staff. They know if they go out and execute the game plan they will be in the game with an opportunity to win. They aren't scared so why should we be scared? Survive and advance.

I said yesterday the winner of this game will go to the Final Four, and I believe that. And I know our guys aren't looking ahead, they know better

LOL at you being scared of the dentist
 
Scared is the wrong word because ISU isn't "supposed" to win. If the Cyclones lose today, 2012-2013 will still be considered a successful season. We are playing with house money now and it will be fun to watch.
