Any bobcat trappers out there?

It's fun to injure, make suffer and kill a living creature?

Try it and let me know. Ive run a trap line all my life and enjoy it very much. Its been done since the beginning of time. However i know people that run lines from Des Moines to Omaha takes 24 hours a day to check and reset traps were talking over 1,000 traps, that doesnt sound fun, but the money sure is nice.

We should hunt the pheasants to extinction here and just get it over with. They are the non-native species hanging on for dear life in a state with little habitat left for them. Blasted Chinese birds!

If anyone needs to kill some stuff I have bunches of rabbits and chipmunks thaat need dealing with here in the Twin Cities.

Explain to me how I missed the point. Trappers dont trap just to "kill stuff." Trapping is another way for people with the knowhow to make money. Yes, it's enjoyable for the most part, it's certaintly no crime to enjoy your job. Some people even do it as a full time job, supporting themselves and their families. So how is killing an animal to support yourself and your family any less acceptable than killing a cow because your fat*** wants a cheesburger?
