You people are insufferable. The game was fairly, but not perfectly officiated, and Kansas won the game. Nothing is going to change that.

Also from phog.net:

Are you kidding me? Fred Hoiberg couldn't spell class. A class act doesn't go whineing to the league about one no call. A class act realizes that there were alot more poor calls made other than that one call at the end. Fred Hoiberg showed no respect for K U or E J a player who put K U on his back and refused to let them loose. Instead (like a little child) Fred Hoiberg got all Butt hurt and started crying how they were cheated out of the win. Fred a bit of advice. Instead of takeing the time to go crying to the league office . Why not spend it with your team on the court teaching them how to play a little defense.

Why again did Self get a T and Fred did not? Oh yeah, he ******* too much about one little call haha.

pretty much every sports media figure (outside of Lawrence) in the nation agreed it was a terrible call that hosed ISU at the end, you are insufferable if you dont see that, actually, you have been insufferable anyway.

To be more specific it was the
Upper echelon of the ticket office but that's good it's taken care of. Wouldn't want to embarrass the university.

Their were some upper echelon that were hired from Oklahoma, and it certainly is a great embarrassment.

Fairly reffed games always get a statement from the league saying there were errors in the last minute of officiating and the ref always get conference assignment altered and lessened after reffing such a fair game.

Just STFU, and GTFO

Everyone complains about officiating. It's the nature of the beast. Have you ever seen a perfectly officiated game? I didn't think so.

The main reason any of you Jayhawks can't admit the refs gave you the game is because admitting defeat also means there's a very good chance that in a couple of weeks you'd be admitting you lost your first conference title in years. To Bruce freaking Weber.

Seriously? You come into our house, after we got kicked in the nuts, and you say that? Get the **** out, now, *******.

How many times have you seen such a string of bad calls and errors that were so obvious and glaring that the conference acknowledged it?

But first, let's play a little game of role reversal. It's KU and Mizzou at the Phog. KU is up 2 with 5 seconds to go. An MU guard crashes into a KU defender in an obvious charge, but the call goes the other way, MU ties it up and wins it in overtime.

Think KU fans wouldn't go nuts after that? If not, you're delusional and a liar. If you admit it, at least you can say you're honest. Which are you?

Now go the h*ll away.

Again, everyone not living in the mythical fairy land of KU basketball thinks differently. You know, everyone living in the real world. People that weren't fans of either team think it was a hose job. The national media thinks it was a hose job. The Big XII Conference thinks it was a hose job. Everyone but KU.

I will give you credit though, KU has never really had to face adversity when it comes to the refs in the Big XII. How many calls have gone against KU at the end of a conference game? KU fans have no idea what this feels like.

You can't use logic with the Jayhawks they can't handle it. If they could they would of dumped their Football team down the river a loooong time ago.

All the internet message board blather by pompous KU supporters is not going to cover up what the world witnessed Monday night.

"Hey, Billy Bob, can you take a second from tearing catalog pages to store in your outhouse to tell me what you think of the calls made during the final minutes of the Iowa State and Kansas game Monday night."
"Sure, I seen that there game. I can splane why there were no charge call. We Kansas folk don't believe that was a charge cuz we durnt bleeve in sciunce. And if ya don't believe in sciuns ya can't bleve in that there fisics stuff. You know that wacky stuff bout mochun, nergy, mominum and such. So that stuff at the end of the game just didn't happun. Yaa, rok chok!"
