This ain't the YMCA where you are supposed to call your own fouls. Sports are competitive. If you can get away with it, it's going to happen or at least you are gonna try.

Not talking about the end of the game and I get that Fred is. A good guy and Self is a doosh, just agreeing that working the refs gives successful coaches an unfair advantage. LE was pretty good at it as was Floyd, since its not Fred's style, maybe TJ could help keep them fair and balanced.
Maybe we're just sick and tired of getting ****ed and being known as little ol' Iowa State. That would have been a great win for our team and university and it was all taken away because of O'Neil and Smith. It also screws up the whole conference and rankings with the recent upsets.
Also, I'm sick and tired of hearing how our fan base is so classless and we have an attitude. It was a select handful that did some asinine things on Monday, not all of us. Imagine if that went down in the Phog?? Self would have gone bonkers along with the rest of your ****** fan base. I hope we face you guys again in Kansas City and beat the hell out of you guys.
If ISU has a classless fanbase, there is no BCS level fanbase in this country with class.

My paternal family has lived in Lawrence for five generations. I grew up near Allen Fieldhouse and have known the Kansas coaches on a personal level. I am related to Hilton through my maternal family from North Carolina. He was an awesome individual, and I'm sure he is very proud!
I liken KU fan to the scene in Rocky III where Rocky thinks he's the champ because he beat all the contenders but Mick blows up his world and tells him he was paying those guys to take a dive because he knew Rock couldn't beat them.
KU fan thought that all of their basketball success is due to them being awesome but they are realizing what the rest of the college bball fans know is that they get the benefit of refs on their side intentional or not. This could be said of all the so called blue bloods.
Um ok. I think you are confusing dishonesty with accepted practice, the dishonesty in this game was the refs continually letting it happen. Did they mean to be dishonest or are they just preconditioned to thinking that blue cant do nothing wrong.
Not according to some KU fans and some in the KC media.... It pisses me off that because of about 35 people (maybe) the whole fan base is terrible.
