Alluvial Brewing

Tried Alluvial for the first time last week. They're definitely not afraid to try fermenting just about anything. Wife had the rhubarb/strawberry sour. Very unusual taste. Not bad. Had a 5-beer flight. Now I hafta go back.

They're a fun bunch. I made an appearance a while back and might drop in this weekend for some shenanigans.

Yep, alluvial isn't open on Wednesdays yet, although I heard they will be in the near future. Torrent is solid, they have some nice brews. Go check it out, they have a cool space in an old warehouse that they retro-fitted.

Totally Agree, I like the brews at both and enjoy going to both taprooms.
