Of the major sports, the NBA does the all star event the best with all the different competitions. Haliburton is competing in the rising stars competition; NBA TV is showing the rising stars practice right now, FYI.

yes NBA and NHL are both fun to watch (besides the game itself).

I generally agree...but the Home Run Derby is fun to watch in July for MLB. Actually...baseball's all-star game seems to have improved the past few years. But as far as skills competitions and the like...the NBA is good at it.

Game about to start. TBS will have the broadcast with Barkley, Shaq, Ernie, and Kenny with their commentary as it happens so I'll be on that channel.
It would be incredible theater to see these talents actually try for the whole game but I understand there's too much at risk with no real prize for winning. Should at least be a somewhat entertaining fourth quarter with the Elam Ending again
Also stylish dunks/passes are at least entertaining. It's fun to watch these types of athletes really open up.
NFL Pro Bowl is basically just offenses running plays and MLB is just playing a game.
I assume it will be like last year where they try in the 4th quarter and the last minute or so of the other quarters

No. That's the one thing I dislike about the NBA. Steph should be doing the 3 point contest and Ja Morant should be doing the dunk contest.

My only takeaway from last night is how the hell is Damian Lillard on the All 75 team? Guy has been 1st team all NBA once.
