On the surface it's not crazy but then again, for some reason I do think its crazy. I'm probably dead wrong but I don't think he leaves. Washington probably is a top 20ish job. But that said... the idea that because fans are a tad disappointed for one of the more hyped teams in school history and now he's going to leave when saying no to arguably as good or better jobs previously.,.. that makes no sense.

Could it happen? Sure.
Do I think it will happen? No, but I have no info one way or the other.

I just hope it doesn't.

Some of these replies are clearly sarcastic but I’m genuinely curious have other people heard the same?

Campbell's name comes up as a candidate for virtually every coach opening. He even comes up as a candidate for jobs that aren't open. Someday he will probably leave, but the endless speculation has become laughable.
