I did think it was funny, but I just think its funny that people in Huge metro areas think they are all that and we don't even have a clue.

Example. I have family in the Heart of Indianapolis. They came back to visit and were poking fun at Iowa. I asked them what there was to do there and they replied by saying Colts, Pacers, Indy 500, a few other things etc..

I then asked them how many Colts games they went to last year.
reply: 0
Then asked them how many pacer games they went to last year.
Reply: 0
Did you go to any Indy races:
reply: No

You get the point. Just because you live in that area doesn't mean crap. Half the people that live in those areas probably can't afford to go anything anyway.
