He obviously wrote it on his facebook if you saw it posted in this thread. If he is already calling to back out of a commitment at this age we are in trouble. Yes either him or his family might be taking back the word right now, but where there is smoke there is fire.

Nothing that happens either way would shock me. Most teens can't make a decision that sticks for long; I wasn't any different when I was young and impressionable. Disappointing, but that's the way kids are.

On the positive side, Wes might just have had a bad day and felt like the world was against him, and said things he won't mean tomorrow. Happens all the time. I think I'll just wait and see before I worry.

It had been reported and posted on CR that he decommitted to ISU. That link is now removed so for some reason it was taken down. Either way very long time until he signs and big schools are going after him.

i saw on his fb, i used to go to west so same network, he pretty much comes out and says no more ISU.

Somethings up...if that was his FB page then he was definitely confirming not being committed to ISU anymore. I'll await an official release from ISU before passing judgement.
