Abu Sama is him

To me he looked more like Troy Davis or even Duce Vaughn than Breece.
Yeah, I said in the offseason that people are going to compare him to TD. Both have physical shiftiness with a wide enough frame to keep the pile moving but also bounce to the outside and break away. Not comparing him in talent or production yet, just the way he runs.

I mean they're right--there will be CFers wondering why Sama isn't just ripping off 70+ yard TDs next year like that night at KSU, like people couldn't figure out why ISU's defense was so leaky tonight.

I can't believe people were pissed at the defense tonight. Giving up only 35 in that weather on that number of plays is a freaking miracle.

His vision is getting better and better. Truly impressed by his growth and his get up and go. Hard to believe a year ago he was slated as an incoming DB.

He's looked better and better as the season has gone on but I'd caution against setting expectations too high based off this game given the obvious role field conditions played.

Absolutely let us stay in this game long enough to win it though.

Even without this game his % of big plays with very limited touches was great.

How about just enjoy the win tonight

The 7 to end the first half was due to the botched punt return that shouldn’t have happened. We shouldn’t have had guys blocking downfield like that on a night where a punt could go anywhere. Then one of the TDs in the 2nd half came after that ******** PI call on Freyler on 4th down in the end zone. Take those away and the defensive effort looks much better.

One for the ages for a back against the wall, time to shine moment.
I'm not a vindictive guy, and I honestly wish those guys well wherever they go, but with the odd timing that could have hurt the team in that game last night, I will be small for a moment and note that it probably sucked watching that game and have the announcers talk all night about how much you weren't needed.

I am a vindictive guy. The RBs left when the team still needed their contribution. They were on scholarship, probably getting NIL as well. They were both listed as starters on the depth chart. Jack Trice's selfless tradition vs me-first. Is it asking too much to wait till the season is over before bailing on your coaches and teammates?
