Tonight sucked... a lot. But I want to say that while there were plenty of negatives such as a heart-wrenching loss and a pathetic Cyclone alley reaction at the end of the game, there were also many positives.

1. Hilton was incredible tonight. I have been to many sporting events in my life, and nothing came even close to what I saw tonight. While we didn't win, gold ruled and we showed up big tonight.

2. We can shoot the dang ball. I know we already know that, but it is so consistent and it's very impressive.

3. Our team, if we can still find a way in the tournament (which I think we will), is going to be a tough team to beat. We still have a great shot at a tournament bid, and people will take not of the garbage call tonight that sent the game into overtime.

4. Booker. Something positive about Booker. He played great. He came up with some HUGE loose ball rebounds and played extremely physical, all while staying relatively out of foul trouble.

5. Georges Niang is going to be a star. To show up like he did (AS A FRESHMAN), for both KU games... unreal.

That's all, but stay positive and let's cheer these guys on to a tournament bid and a great end to the year. They deserve it.

I don't want to hear too much about Cyclone Alley. That's what fans do. You can bet your bottom dollar that if Kansas got screwed like that on their home court, it would be MUCH worse.

Kansas got what they deserved.

We win on Saturday. We matchup well with OU and we will be ****** off. OU has awful 3 point defense so if we are hitting from 3 we will be fine.

Georges is never going to be scared. He's going to be a great leader for the next 3 years.

We got a lot of attention for the style of play. That game was fun to watch. One of the games of the year in college BB.

...AND THEN in the tournament they send against defending champ in FIRST round and #1 ranked team for second round...just like last year? I am absolutely sick and tired of CHEATING IN THE BIG 12 CABAL!

This sounds like a larger conspiracy since the Big 12 doesn't have much of an impact on tournament seed pairings.

Niang was 0-8 inside the arc, that won't happen often, but he hit 3 3s, all 6 free throws and had 7 assists.

And no turnovers. Let's repeat that the guy playing your 4 and 5 had 7 assists and no turnovers. His shot wasn't falling but he found a way to positively impact the game. He also did a great job of driving to foul Withey out, they just wouldn't blow the whistle to finally get him out of the game.
