247 also has him listed as our highest rated recruit! (And as a safety). I think it's safe to assume our coaches want upgrades at DB (as they should with every position) but seems other than OL this is our biggest need right now. Peavy is lockdown but competition at the other spots is good. Tons of DB recruits with good size.
With all the recruiting news lately I have a feeling someone at cf is working on a recruiting round up. I like to know who the immediate impact guys are.
That would be interesting but teams like K State and Iowa would eat that for lunch.

They'll probably have a bunch of different majors. Not many football players major in history.
Observation:
Campbell isn't too impressed with the DB we have on roster.
Don't you think, of all position groups, Rhoads could have found some good DB to bring in?
Our CB play has been very bad since LJ and Reeves left.

We need to replace our #2 and #3 safeties and there is a chance our #1 safety. You definitely need 4 quality corners to compete in the Big12. We can't afford a drop off in talent from 1st to 2nd string and be competitive. Too often we lose a starter to injury and the backup is not Big12 ready.
Agreed. I'd be surprised if Peavy didn't start next year. He kept getting better as the year went on and teams were barely throwing in his direction towards the end of the year. I think Azunna is gonna be really good and may even start this year.
If they don't have stars, that means that player has not been evaluated. They don't have enough film, or have not seen enough in person to properly evaluate.
