A&M game, No TV, No webfeed....

There has to be a webfeed or something of this game....SOMEWHERE. I don't care if I have to pay for it.

One of you brainiacs figure out where and let the rest of us know please.

Dude; you are way too early. The only way their will be a webfeed if its on regular tv and then usually the webfeed surfaces about 5 minutes before the game at the earliest.

I'm gonna be surfing the A&M boards to see if they have something out there as the game gets closer.

guys, this game isn't even televised, not even in Texas

Our game vs. Tech wasn't televised, neither were our first 3 this year. By all accounts that's what I was hearing last week about this game. The KState game was on some low-def FSN channel that a lot of people in TX didn't even get. Had to listen to last night's game on the radio.

Will keep you guys updated if it somehow gets on TV here, I'm sure someone will stream it.

Wow ... even ISU has had most all of our games on TV of some sort. I feel really sorry for you guys. That really sucks. Hopefully we hear about some sort of TV feed later in the week.

here's proof that the Big 12 TV contract SUCKS for others than just ISU!!!! Something needs to be done soon! There is too much money floating around not to find a channel to put it on.

Even if we dont fix the tv situation itself, there needs to be an alteration that would allow all games not broadcast on tv to be aired on espn360.

Our first three games were at home vs. scrub teams, no television. While our program is in rebuilding mode we have the pleasure of being on TV vs. Arkansas, OkieLite, OU, and Texas. Not doing much for our recruiting I'd imagine.

why can't they all be on TV? They have every basketball game on TV.

Its part of the contracts... they dont want to lose audience share by spreading them out among more games. Id love to see all games on tv, but if we cannot do that, at least having the ability to get all the rest online would be an improvement.

Exactly Right... I emailed Jamie Pollard earlier today asking if there was any way we could get this game on tv, clone zone, espn360, or pay-per-view and already got a response, which is below.

"Thanks for the note. Unfortunately not. The networks picked 5 of the 6 Big 12 games to televise this week and our game was not one of them. The networks have paid for exclusivity and as a result have contractual protection to block any other rebroadcast of nontelevised games in order to protect their investment. I wish we had been one of the 5 games televised but that is not the case. "

Hopefully, the Big 12 will address their tv contracts issue at the soonest possible point in the future so all conference games can be seen by each team's fans.

Because basketball games are played nearly every night (not just Saturdays), and only take a 2 hour block instead of 3.5 hours. There are still exclusive TV slots for Big 12 hoops, so if a game isn't picked by ESPN or the Big 12 package, it's pretty easy to move a game up from a Wednesday to a Tuesday to avoid the exclusive window. Remember, all the TV selections for basketball are made well before the season starts.

Yes you will be able to listen to the Cyclone Radio Network still through clonezone. This is currently the only option for any live feed of the game.

It's been a while since I've got to listen to Eric and John, looks like I'll be ponyin up for Clone Zone this weekend

Thanks a lot, you just made my day. I will, however, continue to obsessively check Clone Zone for the live audio link until it appears.

I'm now looking forward to huddling over my computer on Saturday afternoon for another Cyclone victory.
