#5 Tennessee vs #2 K-Boo

Since you didn't watch the game but magically still know about the calls, I will fill in your knowledge gaps. They missed two different out of bounds calls that were called wrong, both in Tennessee's favor. Dok was called for two fouls that were simply him being bigger than someone and they missed an obvious basket interference call on TN after a guy hung on the rim while our shot was above the rim. And overall, Tenessee's bruising physical play resulted in more fouls being committed by them that did not get called. Not as bad as a West Virginia home game in the last 3 seasons but the same concept.

Bad calls went against both teams but KU happened to be on the receiving end of more than the benefiting end in this game. No worries, it evens out over time. KU has plenty to work on coming out of this game.

I see you still live in a fantasy world.

Fantasy World is thinking that the refs blindly cheer for one team or another. The refs are graded on every game they call so it is in their best interests to call it right. Their livelihood depends on it. They miss calls and the majority of the time, the more aggressive, more athletic team tends to benefit more and KU is frequently the more aggressive, more athletic team so over the course of the season there is likely more bad calls that favor KU than their opponents.

Last night just wasn't one of those games. Tennessee was more aggressive while KU was more athletic and Doke was significantly larger than the guys he was matched up against so he got a few Shaq calls made on him for simply being big. So it goes.

Again, it doesn't sound like anyone here but me actually watched the entire game so there's really no point in anyone else commenting on the refs.

If RPI is no longer a thing, do we still want the Big 12 to do well in the non conference to help throughout January and February?
This used to be the only time of year that I would cheer for other conference schools.

RandomFan’s voice is no doubt horse from booing last night. He just doesn’t know basketball.

Good, or well paid?

Oh right. Totally agree. Refs are not bias at all. Tom Eades is the Goat too.
