Allamakee - Black Hawk Bridge. Toughest bend in the upper Mississippi for barges. Driving up Mt. Hosmer provides some great scenic views.
For Cass County (my old stomping grounds), I'd say the tree in the middle of the road. Though it could be in Audubon county. I was completely hammered last time I was there. Don't judge me.
For the record, that was Delaware County.
For Clayton County it might very well be:
Or the view from Pikes Peak State Park overlooking the Miss River and mouth of the Wisc River. Maybe the best panoramic view in all of Iowa.
Maybe, but I think the Swinging Bridge
or the Frank Lloyd Wright house
both in Charles City would give it a run.

I'd say the Black Hawk Bridge is probably the best bet for Allamakee, and the Strawberry could be a good one for Clayton, but depending on who you give Effigy Mounds to, parts of that could be a candidate for either county.
Boone - High Trestle Trail Bridge
I think Jones County would the fairgrounds for the Great Jones County Fair located in Monticello.
Actually, the courthouse is pretty cool, but so are axe murders. Tough call.
