Dont get me wrong, in not complaining about thr podcasts. Im only saying I dont consume them. My commute is 5 minutes each way - so no time there - and I listen to NPR on longer rides. The one podcast I do listen to is Planet Money.

To make a short point long - I like learning new things and prefer articles to podcasts because CF and twitter is much faster for cyclone news.

Perhaps if they could put recorded times up of when they're talking about certain topics or something.

This would be my suggestion, too. ... and if that happens to be an issue because listeners might skip over the sponsorship mentions, brie blurbs could be inserted at the beginning of each segment.

People could still fast-forward over those, too, I suppose, but I'd trade hearing a 10-second spot beginning a segment I want to hear vs. trying to guess where to find portions I want to hear (or have to just let the full 'cast roll through).

I don't have the attention spam to listen to podcasts anymore.

Can you help me find the attention flavored spam? :Jim lad:

Since ESPN radio has become so unlistenable, I have substituted a heavy dose of CF podcasting to replace while in the car. Generally find myself spending more time with the podcasts and less with the forums. Hope the podcasts continue to grow.

I listen to a few Podcasts (Hardcore History, Last Podcast on the Left, Some of Rogan's stuff (as long as it something I am interested in), CF, that stuff.) I listen when I mow, or am doing house work, working on work stuff, and driving. I just really dig it. But I can't listen to some that sound like NPR. Nothing against NPR, I just need a good story teller on my stuff.

I'll listen if there is a good guest on or a topic I'm interested in or even if it's during football season I'll listen more.

I am never at my desk for very long at a time for work so I usually just have 1460 on in the background and My old POS car doesn't have an aux cord to plug into.

Only other podcast besides CF ones would be Barstool's Pardon My Take and even that isn't very regular.

Jesus, man, buy yourself a car made in this century already.

Don't listen to them. Two reasons. #1 Don't have time to listen for 30 minutes to something I could read in 5 minutes. #2 I've tried listening to a couple and it stops 5 - 10 minutes into the podcast.

I listen to most all the podcasts, I can't stand to listen to music all day at work anymore.

I'm with the group that has them lock up all the time. I like them when they don't lock up but I've given up trying to restart them.
