Not that I know of, the trail is an 11 mile loop that is terribly hilly in places, it would be a really hard running course. Very fun place to go for a bike ride - neat look outs over Decorah/the surrounding area, the Decorah Fish Hatchery is right on the trail, and the trail comes within a few blocks of downtown where you can stop for a bite to eat/drink/shop/etc. I highly recommend it!

Correct. We road that trail last summer 2015 in August. Limestone bluffs, meadows, and through elevated hilly acres of corn. I swear the corn was 12 ft tall when we went through. Great small college town
