Landscape hating neighbors. They should all live in condos with no yards. Today I am trying to pick all of the oak leaves out of my ground cover and more leaves are blowing in as fast as I can pick and bag them. Neighbor has a million oak trees and hasn't picked up any leaves, last fall or this spring either. There are drifts of leaves in his yard. It's not like he has some big naturalized woody lot, just oak leaf covered lawn.
Being the first person to arrive at a rendezvous. I get irrationally irritated at people for being late (read: after I get there) and making me stand around like a goon while waiting for them to get there.
I really hate it when my friends don't text when we're trying to make plans.
Another one I realized today is when I'm using cruise and another car obviously isn't because we keep passing each other. I honestly don't care if you pass me as long as you aren't driving like a maniac, but it does get annoying to pass a car, and then have them speed up to pass me.

People that can't be on time for things, or conversely people who show up too early. I always plan on being some where 5-10 minutes early. If I get to my destination too early and it would be awkward to show up that early, then I drive around.
At work this year we were doing a series of interviews that started at 5 PM. One of the candidates showed up at 2 PM! And then he had the gall to sit around and ask questions about our projects and stuff.
