Man he has a hard time even finishing a tournament these days for different reasons:

Just hoping he jumps on the Champions Tour as soon as he becomes eligible so he can ride a cart, and then maybe play in a major here or there. Might be a way to keep himself sharp and competitive enough to compete in the 4 majors.

I don’t see that ego ever playing on the Champions Tour outside of a tournament that’s willing to give him an 8 figure appearance fee. He can just do special events with his kid and his friends in the golf and celebrity world.

You could be right, but I think his competitive ego might push him to want more than just be a celebrity side note. He could probably tear up the Champions Tour for a few years while keeping sharp enough to compete in the majors with some hope of making a splash somewhere.
