***2024 Minnesota Vikings***

Terrible job by the staff this drive. Plays in late can’t come up with protection, open receivers at all. Garbage series by this offense.

I was shocked when we drafted Blackmon in the 3rd round. I thought he was gonna be a late round pick. He has been horrible tonight.
They got desperate and reached on a corner because they drafted Booth, who was terrible. And Blackmon sucked tonight, and in crunch time when they played a third CB they went with Williams, who they just brought up from the practice squad.

They still have Murphy next year I think, and Evans is decent.

Broncos: we have the lead, we're gonna being everything we've got to win!

Vikings: we're just gonna keep the same game plan we have had the whole time, so do expect us to change anything up. Also, here's the ball.

Yep, you're right. Drafting a CB in round 3 was a good move, but they drafted the wrong one.

Not impressed with an overall record of 19-10 and winning 5 in a row with all the injuries we had piled up (including playing with a QB that has been here for 2 weeks)? There are things he can improve on for sure, but KOC is a hell of a football coach
Agree. Got outcoached at end tonight. But overall I’m happy with KOC and Flores.

Yes, KOC has some blunders in-game, but overall they have done a good job. Flores has done a good job. It was a dog crap defense last year AND they had to rework it due to the cap.

They didn’t have a great night, but winning when you are -3 in TOs is about impossible in the NFL.

Never gonna win games putting the ball on the ground or in an opponent's hands 5 times. Won't happen.

Blueprint for the rest of the NFL just came out from this game, too: this combo of coaching staff and Dobbs can't pass their way out of aggressive blitzing. Didn't have a single blitz beater that entire last drive. Hock had a couple drops in there, but even those weren't spectacular plays to begin with -- just small chunks. Dobbs himself didn't really play that well overall, but he probably did enough to win a normal game. Not enough to carry them over a -3 turnover day.

This RB room is hard to watch, even with a good night tonight due to Denver's poor tackling and general lack of rush defense. Chandler is the better runner, but can't block well when needed. Mattison can block better, but can't run well. His later fumble was a backbreaker. I'm not sure either would break a 2-deep for many other teams in the league.

Based on the pitch to dobbs call early in the game I’ll question this forever now.
