Exactly what I thought. It’s smart. And if we’re in it. Burn Maeda for the 3rd time thru the line up.

Yeah and Ober has been excellent has last few starts.
 
Well got who we want up for a chance to get back in it in the 9 th.
 
Bad news: The 5-0 deficit was just too much to overcome.

Good news: game was completed with plenty of time to spare before the Iowa State game starts. No need to hunt channels for the football game

What I haven't heard mentioned yet, is how much this helps the bullpen. Astros having to go early and Lopez chewing up 7 innings is huge.
