The contract spells out what ‘cause’ is a justified firing without paying the buy-out. I don’t think i’ve ever heard of performance metrics being included.

Seems like they have lots of big money backing, pay better, better facilities, better conference. It’s been proven time and time again Drake is the biggest stepping stones of stepping stones. Even Tom Davis just used that job to guarantee Keno an HC job. Drake is a joke, don’t let the few and far between moments of hype fool you.
