Quick Google search shows that she's a Drake alum originally from Illinois...so Hawkeye fan is a reasonable assumption.

I wonder what possessed her to do that kind of damage to those cars?

A google search also shows she serves on the City of Des Moines Transportation Safety Committee. This is an odd crime for sure.
