Why is an FCS game in an FBS bowl pick 'em?

I think it's included in official bowl lineup as de facto HBCU championship.

I got all of my picks done about five minutes before the first tip-off. THEN I discovered that I had put them in a new entry, not the one I had created for this group. PANIC!!! BigJCy figured out how to move my completed pics into the group so that I didn't lose anything along the way.

Hadn't checked those whose out whose in links. For WKU the starting qb might not play and 3 of 5 starting ol are in portal yet 75% of people taking WKU. I switched my pick on that one.
