Well Harper is a legacy recruit. How the heck is Rutgers landing that kind of talent?
I doubt they can be a big fish in the NIL space.
Local kids? Some connection to the coach? Guys who just really wanna play defense?

Probably the proximity to New York plus B1G money. How the heck is Rutgers landing that kind of talent?

NJ may be dominated by pro sports, but in any case Rutgers is the only power 5 program in a state with over 9 million people, smack in the middle of the most highly populated corridor in the country.Probably the proximity to New York plus B1G money.

Right and honestly Texas is bubblelicious. They need every win they can get especially at home. I’m not convinced they make it.Most people won’t realize how massive of a win that was. That was our 2nd toughest game remaining according to metrics.

VCU is up to 80 though, so that win is a Quad 2 now (I don't think it was before)VTech and aTm both fell out of the Top 50 in NET this last update so we now have two Quad 2 losses, lame.
Imagine how good that 5 player stat would be if it was Ward instead of BRE.Via Evan Miyakawa:

At selection time. A team could get hot (or cold) and move lot's of spots before then.Does the committee take Quad 1/2/3/4 wins/losses from the date the game took place or when selection actually occurs?

I think VCU crossed into Q2 a couple of wins ago, but yes it had been Q3 for quite some time. I think it was been a 2 at the time of ISU-VCU, then dipped, can't remember exact timeline.VCU is up to 80 though, so that win is a Quad 2 now (I don't think it was before)
