John Elway needed fired years ago. He was able to sign Peyton Manning and win a Super Bowl with him. Other than signing one of the best QBs ever, he has been a disaster. The trade for Wilson should make him unemployed at seasons end.

Idk… he has had a championship caliber D almost his entire tenure in Denver. Just hasn’t been able to draft a QB.

Think Elway for the past year or two is just an "outside consultant". Believe George Paton is the guy who made the Wilson trade.
