Didn't the catcher at least have a chance of making that tag? I don't think she would've been able to spin fast enough, but she didn't even reach out.
 
Sweet fly ball! Wish we had some of this safety equipment when I played, you could see the scar of a seam mark by my lip for a quite a while after a wild pitch nailed me
 
There was no way that ball should have been deep enough to score a run.
The ball wasn't that deep, but the location in the right-center gap allowed the run to score. The right fielder caught it going towards center and had to pivot and throw home with no momentum on the throw. The center fielder should have called for the ball and set up for a better angle before the catch. Fortunately, she didn't do that.

Cowgirls plated two runs on a sac fly; the runner originally at second advanced to third, then stole home when KU's pitcher and catcher both turned their backs to the plate -- the ball was still live.
