Feels like Ewing has been at Georgetown for awhile but has been pretty meh. Wonder if he's on the hot seat?

Creighton @ Marquette is a nice Friday night game.
Going to be flipping between that and the NDSU UIW football game. Solid Friday night of sports. Tomorrow is going to be crazy with NFL, bowl games and bball
She's got a Doris Burke vibe and I think Doris is one of the best in the business (NBA wise).
And their defense under the rim was bad.
Offensively they started well and then just went to ****.
I think Ewing got a 3-year extension last spring ... somehow.
Georgetown might need to venture outside its inner-unit.
Creighton has to top the list with UNC of most disappointing teams so far
My December assessment of North Carolina -- it made some sense in preseason to get #1 rank (or at least top 5) ... late upsurge, deep tournament run, returning a lot of the key roster/starters.
But it's easy to forget, UNC was 8 seed entering NCAAT ... currently somewhat near that 8/9 seed range. Well below "expectation," but expectation might have been too elevated.
Wow that's crazy. Feel like they have been like just under or at .500 the last few years and haven't really sniffed the tourney
He's 73-90 and 26-63 Big East ... NCAA Tournament in 20-21 ... NIT first round in '19 (his only season above .500)
That's the crazy thing about the tournament. Teams that may not have been among the best catch fire and immortalize themselves. Makes it hard to come back and duplicate the feat.
They were riding the hype of playing good in the tournament last year but they were a totally different team. Nemhard was hurt so they played through Alexander offensively. They were better that way.
Beyond 'meh' imo.
I'm a little surprised he's still there comsidering they iirc fired Thompson Jr.
This is the story of Syracuse. They can be so up or down.
