Get ready for the 'Buckeyes deserve a bid?' talk.

Some how, some way.

That'd be really stretching the envelope to go there.

By the time Ohio State could compile enough more significant wins to even be in such a conversation, the narrative would be "unlikely chance to steal an auto-bid."

The more immediate talking point is UW loss makes at-large remote. The loss alone is only Q2, but Wisconsin has enough of those already, and being out of action, nothing it can do to improve the profile.

I can't guarantee it but the BTN folks will have some way to make it a possibility.

There is no way Wisconsin should be in. At all.

Unless UW rallies to survive (unlikely at this point), it's toast for a bid.

A win over OSU does almost nothing to help profile.

A loss itself does little damage, but Wisconsin has no chance to get more significant wins, is too close to cut-line and will succumb to (1) other teams jumping with good wins (2) bid-stealing.

Wow. Minnesota up 7, best player just fouled out and the coach gets a technical. This is how bad teams implode.
