2022/23 Coaching Staff Changes

For those feeling bad for Manning he will land somewhere else by the end of the month if not the week. Coaches sign up for this.
I don't think anyone feels bad for Manning. But the guy didn't do anything besides not being good enough at his job. Like Prohm. Like McDermott. All seem to be genuinely good people who just didn't perform here. They don't coach hear anymore. No need to pile on. They weren't ******** (Mangino) or embarrass the university (Eustachy).

Prohm embarrassed us on the basketball court.

Long live the legend Larry Eustachy

Scheelhasse was brought here by Golesh and Andrew’s didn’t last long. I doubt we hire an OC that’s totally outside the Campbell tree.

Was Andrews bad at his job? I remember people being excited when he was hired.

No expert but it didn't seem egregious to me. Outside that TCU game it didn't seem like we we're physically badly outmatched this season, at least not across the board. Nor did it seem like we wore down more than the other team. Good chance people with more expertise in the area could point out where my judgements are off though.

Would not have thought he was a high priority change at the very least.

Change is good. I was surprised by Kansas FB team this year. They were not great, especially after a few guys got hurt, but they were pretty fun to watch on offense. All kinds of formations, guys all over the place, lots of misdirection stuff. The ISU offense this year was just boring and predictable.

What negativity? In my opinion it will be a negative if Campbell hires some vagabond with no prior ties. That’s Mangino and signals desperation and no belief in his process. I’d like to see Scheelhasse promoted.
