I don't care for this at all. Yeah, he had to go, but there's no need to sht on him on his way out.
 
If it's true he was offered a demotion as a position coach, I think that argument is at least debatable.
I expected Campbell to offer him to stay on. I think Manning is probably a fine TE or OL coach. But was clearly over his head trying to run the whole offense and make in game play calling decisions
 
I don’t actually mind getting rid of Andrews, Everyone looked like they got slower over time, it showed in the wr never getting separation and the lb all losing a step.
I'm sure that had nothing to do with recruiting.

Unless they were hurt idk how you couldn’t see Noel or Vance lost a step. Also the Oline never got great push in the run game. I’m not saying the guy was the only issue or even one of the top 3 issues, all I’m saying is I am ok seeing the staff go a different direction since that one wasn’t working out like they’d hoped.
