Not to head or neck area, was to shoulder pads. Not a defenseless player. So other metrics do not kick in.

I agree they have called them that were less this year, but I also believe they have called them wrong at many times this year.

Even if they call that people are acting like it was automatic Michigan would score in 25 seconds. They absolutely could have being at mid field, but it wasn’t going to be probable.
