They’re still historically low.As a guy currently looking for houses in the 400 to 500 range it's absolutely dumb that interest rates are going up but the price of houses are not coming down.

A lot of talk around Infrastructure. You have Bootedgeedge leading the way there. I think he'd really like to run again and I'm guessing he took this position to build up the resume. Plus, the US really has fallen behind on this stuff. We've been talking about for years but nothing ever gets done.Without sending this into the cave. what is the next move for biden admin? Would the feds have any jurisdiction to taxing weed? Wouldn't it all be done at the state level?A lot of talk around Infrastructure. You have Bootedgeedge leading the way there. One thing I like about the weed play is the potential to generate tax income. For an admin that has some lofty goals that will require funding, what easier way then to tax something like pot. You're more likely to gain support for that then you will raising income taxes. Just my $0.02.

Could look at steel companies - NUE, MT, STLD are some that come to mind. I picked up some MT back in November and that went on a wild run. I've thought about picking up some STLD as I've heard they have "state of the art capacity" coming online in TX (Sinton - IIRC) this year, but at this point I think I'm going to wait for it to pull-back or just let that ship sail.I've been looking at 2 USA based infrastructure EFTS (PAVE and EMLP). any others to look at ?
Twin cities. And there's nothing.

They tax tobacco, so I'd imagine they'd have the same ability to tax weed.
