Look at the MLB games, seems like we see fights in the stands at least once a week. People are out of their minds right now. It's frightening to think about what will be going on in NFL stadiums.
Something between one-third to two-thirds of people in prison did whatever they did while drinking. Stuff like opiates get the headlines, but alcoholism is there and always has been there.
I don't want to make this political, but sometimes it is impossible to disentangle sports from politics. But there has been an increase in the general level of street violence and disorder in this country in the past years (for whatever reason, not going to speculate why here) to a degree we haven't witnessed in decades. It only follows that some of that increased coarseness and violence is going to make its way into stadiums.
Which is obviously a shame. The NFL and the NCAA had done a pretty good job cleaning up the hooliganism associated with their events the past 20 years, and so have other mass sporting events/leagues like the major European soccer leagues and the Olympics. It would be a shame to see that go away.
Security guy must have been a wrestler, as he applied the full nelson to him. I noticed the whacked out dude, kept his mask on the whole time. At least he had the players in mind.

I've held off on posting this 7 times, but the Refs ******* suck in the Denver vs. Portland game. Dame just got a ********* foul called on a 3-pter with 8 seconds left. If they keep it after the review is a ******* travesty.
Ruled a common foul on the floor (joke), Lillard just hits a 3 with 3 seconds left - OT.
