Source confirms Iowa State will visit four-star 2019 guard Kira Lewis (Alabama) on Wednesday. @jakeweingarten originally reported the visit. Four-star 2019 guard Mario McKinney (St. Louis) also tweeted he has an in-home visit with Iowa State on Tuesday.

That sound panic you hear is hok fans fans as they realize DJ is getting national attention and the realization he is very likely to spurn the local school for a better basketball program. The fear is real, and I have yet to see a great fall back PG option for Fran if he loses Carton.
He's got Bohannon for two more, and Connor for four more years, I actually don't think Carton is a make or break recruit.
He also has Patrick and CJ - he don't need no one else. In fact, I think Fran is only wanting Carton so he can spell Connor, Jorbo and Patrick for a couple minutes here and there. Remember - gotta spread the playing time out and keep up that legacy of derpth.
Bohannon is a shooting guard forced to play PG and Connor's profiles list him as a shooting guard (Rivals) and a small forward (247).
Iowa will continue to struggle without a true pg. Have you not been paying attention?
