2016 NBA Draft

Cyclones drafted: 2
Jayhawks and Hawkeyes selected: 1
Lol just saw Kansas only had 1 guy picked, Diallo.
ISU was responsible for 33% of the Big 12 players drafted. Also, tied about 10 other schools with the second most players drafted. UK with the most at 3.

I was looking for info on Ellis and/or McKay and found this:

I mostly agree, and I wouldn't do it but they got pretty unbearable when they had their ridiculous top 5 ranking. You act like a doucher, especially when unwarranted, expect to get it back in return when reality sets in.
I completely understand, and they are/have been terrible in every sense of the word. But I was more saying that lets not stoop to their sh*tty level. Albeit it was only a few posters, that were probably saying the same things I was thinking haha, just makes us look a little petty IMO. But I am all for ***** talking on here!

I agree. I have no problem with the ISU fans on this board talking down the various Hawk teams. And I will admit there are some threads on rival boards that can be pretty entertaining, but often times they're NO different than the ISU-centric threads on this board. I just think it's petty to go to THEIR board and gloat. Why stoop to troll level?

Uthoff will likely go between 35 and 45, but Golden State at the end of the 1st would be a great fit if the Warriors don't want to give Barnes a big contract. Otherwise I've seen Uthoff to the Magic in the 2nd in numerous mocks. Niang has very little chance of being drafted, but he has the skills to play a long time in Europe and have a good career.

As much as I love the fact that Niang and Nader got drafted and Uthoff didn't, I hate how some feel we need to go rub it in the face of Hok fans on HN. I hate Iowa fans as much as the next, but we don't have to stoop to the trolling level of them. Be proud to have 2 cyclones drafted tonight and hope they are as good as the teams who drafted them think so they can stick on a roster. Congrats Georges and Abdel, can't wait to see how their futures pan out!

Agree 100%. I just want to talk about our guys. Great night for us. Why talk about anyone else? Keep it to in-state rivals.

Not surprised that Selden and Ellis didn't get drafted. Selden had minor knee surgery and had to miss the combine which probably affected his workouts as well. Both of them will get a shot though.

I love the fact Cal was on ESPN on almost every show yesterday pumping up his players and Skal nearly goes outside of the first, Ulis in the second. It is ridiculous ESPN gives him that much platform to basically recruit. There were several freshman who should have never left school, Skal, Diallo, Davis, although you really can't blame Skal and Cheick for wanting to go looking at what they came from. The opportunity to make money they never dreamed of making and changing their whole family's lives is something that would be hard to pass up.

So glad Minnesota got Dunn but i wonder what they are going to do with Rubio? I am guessing the wait and see how Dunn works out and if he is what they expect they get rid of Rubio.

Loved the Bulls pick of Valentine. That is a total Fred pick. Also thought the Thunder trade was really interesting and am still waiting to see what the Sixers can get for Okafor and Noel.

Also, Demarcus Cousins needs to just shut up and play. I would have traded up already if I were the Kings. Guy is a complete headcase and you don't want him as the face of your franchise.

After reading about the Bulls second round pick sounds like they got a good second rounder who could help next year and again fits with what Fred wants.
