Been awhile since I made a highlight tape. There are some editing flaws and some double clips that I didn't notice. Also could have used more of a variety but this will work. So I thought I would share this for now and hope to make another one in the near future.

"Time" from Inception can turn any video into a motivational one. I want to say it's overused but it gets me every time.

Actually, while it was a good video overall I didn't like how it just randomly cut between soundtracks. Just was awkward imo.

Good work.

Cool video, really nice work putting together those highlights.

That said, ISU played in more than two games. Hope that doesn't offend anyone, but that wasn't much of a season highlight video.

i know. I just didn't have many clips to work with. Next time I will go in depth a bit more.
 
I enjoyed the video, good work!

Constructive criticism: In your defense you used more than just 2 games, I counted at least 5-6. I think it would have improved the dramatic feeling brought on with the music by showing the highlights in a progressive manner throughout the games and then have the end of the game highlights at the end, capped off by the Big 12 Tournament title. Maybe a few more announcer sound bits to add to the effect.

That alley oop from Morris to McKay against KU was one of my favorite highlights for the year.
 
Thanks for all the feedback. I'm gunna make another one closer to the year. Until then I'll work on some things to make it better
 
My only criticism are for those who are criticizing you on minisule points about a video that you made on your own time for our viewing enjoyment.
 
I just realized something watching that-we were really ******* good.

Months of propaganda washed away.

I liked it a lot, but I agree with this. Nothing gets me more than hearing an announcer get excited hearing the game. Especially if the music builds to it like you did at the end.

Good work, can't wait for the next one!

I will add more in next time. I want more of John on there but on the radio the crowd noise is picked up easily and then it muffels all the sounds. I'll play with it.

What is wrong with politely providing some constructive criticism? I don't see anything wrong with trying to help someone out and improve a skill.

Looks pretty good. Thanks for the time and thanks for sharing. Only thing i would critique is maybe a little more pump up music also more crowd in the background. At least for me the deafening screamd of the fans is what gets me pumped up the most
