NFL: 2014 NFL Draft

Sam really benefited from having a stud on the other side of the line. He is pretty much a hands down, rush the QB player. In today's game most teams want D-ends who play out of a 2 point stance to cover a TE when needed. Rams are a good fit for him, but wouldn't have been surprised to see him get drafted.


As for him kissing his fella on the TV, at lease someone is getting some tonight. :sad:

Who cares if he kisses his bf? Guys kiss their gf's/wives all the time during draft coverage. Do you get all weirded out when that happens, or do you brush it off because it's "normal"?

Sam wouldn't get much attention if it weren't for his coming out, but that's newsworthy in an over-the-top macho pro sports league. You don't like it, change the channel and follow the draft online.
 
I like how people were complaining about them "making out", I give my grandma more tongue than that, ******* prudes.
 
How many of you bet that Iowa State would have more players drafted to the NFL than Texas? :yes:

In the end they filled a need and got a potentially top 10 pick in next year's draft. Drafting Watkins would've been a knee jerk reaction.

I find it interesting that despite peoples perception that Rhoads isn't doing a good job, it feels like he's getting guys ready for the big leagues.
 
to Vikings fans, give Bridgewater time. You gave Christian Ponder wayyyyy too much time. I think he can become good but he needs time to develop. Ponder had no talent, but this kid has some.

However, it is the Vikings. So, they'll screw this up.

I truly don't understand the unanimous Vikings hate. They are a good franchise and have been since the 90s.
