Yeah, this is not going the way I thought or hoped it would. Disappointing to say the least.

Cyclones get swept: 19, 22, 17.

I think we needed that one to have a shot at hosting NCAA games. There are five remaining matches, but only one against anyone in the top half of the league (Texas).

*edit: I should add that while most remaining teams on the schedule pretty much suck, I see little reason why ISU can't get to 21 overall wins this season before the tournament starts. The last time they had more than 19 wins was 2012. They're overdue!

Interesting that the new RPI released by the NCAA today moves Iowa State UP one spot to #13, despite the loss at Baylor.

Regardless of rank, home or away, we can't be one and done in the NCAA this year. We have to make some progress and keep building.
