I can never tell how strong the conference is if no one can ever gain much ground and/or pull ahead.
On the other hand if someone different were winning it every year that may indicate that there's no clear cut dominant team.

This is true, considering KSU should've won it outright in 2013 and not share it, due to the refs throwing the Weatherwax game in Hilton.
Did UCLA share any of their titles during their 13 year streak? If not, then these two situations are not the same at all and they should really stop comparing the two.
Had the legit chance two seasons ago. Screwed up at Tech and then forgot they were playing a basketball game for a short spurt at home vs. Baylor.
If I was a UCLA fan, I'd be pissed. They didn't share any of their titles so this should not be a comparison.
By far their luckiest year was 2013. It was miracle they won it that year.
