Tx St was family weekend which helped it to sell out. Avg attendance according to the NCAA stats has been 57,928 that is under capacity of 60,454. I would hope Tech pulls 53k+ for the game. The 11am start will hurt the attendance numbers. -

1.) Nobody is arguing Tech has played great offenses. Just that the Tech defense has played well. The defense has gained as many turnovers through 5 games as they had all of last season. KU ran for 390 yards vs TTU last season. Even if you take out the sack yardage etc they only gained... -

We didn't get a new WR coach. We did get a JUCO WR but I'm not going to call him a stud. So nothing really changed then? So I guess TTU won't get a passing TD again and ISU wins by the exact same score as last year? Or you still have to prove it on the field and they are going to go ahead play... -

1.) Why do you have a hard time imaging Tech WRs are well-coached enough to win big games? Do you think the Tech WR coaches are bad coaches then? Here is who I don't really worry about at WR. Alex Torres... He's done it in big games. For example in the win @ #3 Oklahoma he had 4 receptions... -

TTU lost Darrin Moore (Biletnikoff Award watch list) who looked like the best receiver to a ankle/knee injury vs Nevada who came back after 2-3 games but was never really the same that season. They are still trying to feel him out. They were trying to limit him in the first couple of games because they didn't want him to do too much. He feels fine and wishes they would let him take off the knee brace because he thinks it slows him down. But they are trying to be cautious with him... -
