    Vaccine reactions

    Got the Moderna shot last Wednesday. Nonfunctional all Thursday.and slept 9 hours during the day and another nine Thursday night. Took till Saturday to fully recover. Had a mild case of Covid in early January with some mild fatigue. Flew to Idaho at Xmas

    Jokic was also a second round pick at #41. Couple of months ago saw somebody do a redraft of Monte and Jokic based on NBA play. Monte redrafted at #11 and Jokic at #1. Well deserved for Monte, they love him in Denver and he is known as Mr. Nugget.

    Iowa -7 vs ISU

    Funny incident with over a dozen RAGBRAI riders at our house and a football with a. Hawkeye logo. Let our two smallish dogs outside and they immediately went to the football and lifted a back leg and gave it a urine rinse. Everybody watching went into hysterical laughing.

    Georges with another nice game in summer league. Twenty points on 13 shots, eight rebounds and made the clinching free throws to end the game. Utah released a veteran PF in j Jerebko yesterday which may bode well for Georges.

    Fun random bracket site

    Ran the Wall Street Journal simulation and got ISU to the Final Four on the first try. Just selected a little more offense than defense. Also emphasized 3-pt shooting, steals/turnovers, tourney experience, free throw shooting. De-emphasized rebounding somewhat.

    Percy had 25 points and 10 rebounds. SDW with 19. Oakland still has Kahlil Fischer (sp). He had 27 with 12 assists. Decent player, we couldn't quard him well in Hilton last year.
