    It always comes down to OL play. Sure having guys like Purdy and Hall mask some of the issues with a bad line, but in the end, if you can't run and you can't protect the QB you are going to be really inconsistent on offense, which ISU was last year.

    KSU has done a nice job. Their guards are very good and can shoot them out of trouble at times, and good guard play is critical in the NCAAs.

    For ISU having a high dollar NIL guy might do more damage than good, because not everyone is going to be getting near as much money. This has caused a lot of locker room issues on a few FB teams already.

    I feel sorry for the kid, because he never looked comfortable the little time he was on the court. He was 1 for 5 from 3 point land, and 3 for 8 overall. All in garbage time. Pretty small sample size, but not a good showing for playing against other team's scrubs.
