    I feel bad for the kids that came here to play for him. I am guessing they didn't have to many other reasons to come to Ames. I also feel bad for the coaches he hired and had move here with him. They finally start to get established with their families and now what do they do?

    Interview Advice

    This is all pretty good advice. I will add that you should try to avoid being nervous. They will either like you or they won't, no sense getting worked up about it and hurting your chances.

    Unless you have a fair amount of construction experience and are very close to the project you should hire someone. Construction in general and remodeling in particular take a much bigger time commitment than most people realize when they try to do it alone.
