When our first started crawling, I actually crawled around to see what she'd be able to get into. Still have a child lock on the under-sink cabinets. My kids are all grown, but it keeps the dog out of the trash (no opposable thumbs). -

Went grocery shopping with the wife (not always a good idea) Sunday, and we had breakfast first at wahlburgers. No more eggs benedict, and the place was basically empty. A disapointment. -

Working From Home Proactively Due to Weather
Working from home today to avoid the weather. Our company policy for 2022 allows WFH for 800 hrs, but you need to request -- you can't just not show up to the office. My son-in-law's company has all their employees working from home indefinitely, and he LOVES it. -

Can/Bottle Redemption
When we sold aluminum to the scrap yard in town (before can redemption), we used to put sand in some of the cans before crushing them. I'll probably wind up in Hell for that little maneuver.- oldman
