    Otherwise, I think the Bus Stop Bar opens up at 9am on weekends. I'm not 100% if they will show the game, though. They are located on Union and Laguna. Greens Sports Bar is a good place that has a lot of tv's, but I don't think they open until 10am on weekends.

    One thing that has helped me is counting backwards. I pick a relatively large number, like several hundreds or thousand and countdown slowly, thinking about each number. That's helped a few times. There's also a natural supplement, melatonin. You can use it regularly about 15-20 minutes...
